Senior Living Investments was founded in 2025 by Todd Clark after several years of research, analysis, and thoughtful discussions with his father and business partner, John Clark. John passed away in late 2024, but his vision, values, and guidance remain foundational to the company’s mission.
Todd brings over 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and management. After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he began his career in the banking industry before joining his father’s real estate business.
Throughout his career, Todd has gained extensive experience across multiple real estate sectors, including residential, retail, industrial, and entertainment properties. This diverse background provides a strong foundation for his leadership in senior living
investment and development.
